Product Introduction
Product Introduction
Perfluoroelastomer O-ring is an elastic sealing element made of perfluoroelastomer (FFKM). This material is copolymerized from tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) and perfluoromethyl vinyl ether (PMVE). Its molecular structure only contains carbon, fluorine and oxygen elements, without hydrogen atoms. It is one of the top-performing sealing elastomers at present, which can withstand most extreme chemical and temperature working conditions.

Performance Features & Core Advantages
- Extreme Chemical Resistance: The C-F bond energy is as high as 544kJ/mol, with extremely strong chemical stability. Except for fluorinated solvents, it is stable to almost all chemicals, and can withstand strong acids, strong alkalis, amines, ethers and other media that ordinary fluororubber cannot tolerate.
- Ultra-high Heat Resistance: It can work stably for a long time in high temperature environment above 300℃, far higher than the 200℃ upper limit of ordinary fluororubber. At the same time, it still maintains certain plasticity at low temperature, hard but not brittle.
- High Cleanliness & Low Extraction: The material is homogeneous without penetration, no pinholes or cracking defects, with extremely low dissolution and outgassing rate, suitable for high cleanliness and high vacuum environment.
Main Application Scenarios
- Semiconductor Industry: Cavity seals for etching machines, deposition equipment and cleaning machines, resistant to plasma and high-purity chemicals
- Petrochemical Industry: Seals for high-temperature and high-pressure reactors, strong corrosive medium transfer pumps, and seals for downhole oil production tools
- Aerospace: Seals for rocket engines and spacecraft, resistant to instantaneous high temperature and cosmic rays
- Pharmaceutical Industry: Seals for sterile pharmaceutical equipment and high-purity drug production, ensuring product cleanliness
