Core Features

SEALMTL 479H is an ultra-high temperature special perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) O-ring, benchmarking DuPont KALREZ® 4079, and meets the ASTM D2000 perfluoroelastomer standard. The product's maximum continuous service temperature reaches 320℃, with a temperature range of -5~320℃. It is specially designed for high-temperature hot air environments, has excellent aging resistance and elasticity retention rate under ultra-high temperature working conditions, is made of high-end imported raw rubber, and has stable performance. It is an exclusive sealing material for ultra-high temperature industrial equipment, suitable for special working conditions with extreme temperature resistance requirements.

Temperature and Chemical Resistance Performance

Temperature Range: -5℃~320℃, specially designed for high-temperature hot air environments, with excellent aging resistance and high elasticity retention rate under long-term ultra-high temperature working conditions of 320℃, and can withstand short-term temperature fluctuations of 330℃.


Chemical Resistance Level(++++=Excellent +++=Very Good ++=Good +=Poor):

 Excellent Resistance: Hot air, superheated water/steam, aromatic/aliphatic oils, high-temperature acidic solvents

 Very Good Resistance: Alcohols, ethers, esters, ketones, normal-temperature acids, normal-temperature alkalis

 Good Resistance: Strong oxidants, normal-temperature amine media

 Not Resistant: High-temperature organic amine media above 70℃, ethylene oxide/propylene oxide, high-temperature strong alkaline media
