SEALMTL 80E is a cost-effective perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) O-ring, manufactured by blending domestic and imported raw rubber. It perfectly benchmarks DuPont KALREZ® CN800 and meets the ASTM D2000 perfluoroelastomer standard. The product balances excellent chemical resistance with an affordable procurement cost, making it the preferred domestic alternative for price-sensitive customers. It maintains stable sealing performance in the temperature range of -10~230℃, has good processability, and can be adapted to various standard seal groove designs.

Temperature Range: -10℃~230℃, can withstand short-term temperature fluctuations, and maintains stable elasticity and sealing performance under normal and medium-high temperature conditions.


Chemical Resistance Level (++++=Excellent +++=Very Good ++=Good +=Poor):

 Excellent Resistance: Acids, alkalis, alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, esters, ethers, superheated water/steam, aromatic/aliphatic oils

 Good Resistance: Strong oxidants, hot air

 Not Resistant: High-temperature organic amine media above 70℃
