Product Introduction

SEALMTL 675B FFKM O-Ring

Special Model for High-Temperature Amine Media | Benchmarking DuPont KALREZ® 6375 | Preferred Choice for Chemical/Pharmaceutical Industries

Core Features

SEALMTL 675B is a special perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) O-ring for high-temperature amine media. It is made of imported raw rubber, can partially replace DuPont KALREZ® 6375, and meets the ASTM D2000 perfluoroelastomer standard. The product has extreme chemical corrosion resistance in the temperature range of -10~230℃, especially excellent resistance to high-temperature organic amine media above 70℃. It can also cope with potent active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and corrosive cleaning agents, adapt to SIP in-situ steam cleaning and CIP in-situ cleaning procedures, and has strong mechanical properties, making it the preferred seal for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

Temperature and Chemical Resistance Performance

Temperature Range: -10℃~230℃, can withstand high-temperature fluctuations of in-situ steam cleaning, maintains good elasticity at low temperatures, and has no brittle fracture failure risk.

Chemical Resistance Level(++++=Excellent +++=Very Good ++=Good +=Poor):

 Excellent Resistance: Acids, alkalis, alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, esters, ethers, superheated water/steam, aromatic/aliphatic oils, ethylene oxide/propylene oxide, normal-temperature/high-temperature amine media above 70℃, active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), corrosive cleaning agents

 Good Resistance: Strong oxidants

 Very Good Resistance: Hot air
