Product Introduction

SEALMTL 775H FFKM O-Ring

High-Temperature Special Model | Benchmarking DuPont KALREZ® 6375/7075 | 300℃ Long-Term Sealing

Core Features

SEALMTL 775H is a high-temperature special perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) O-ring, adopting a high-end imported raw rubber formula, which can partially replace DuPont KALREZ® 6375 and 7075, and meets the ASTM D2000 perfluoroelastomer standard. The product's maximum continuous service temperature reaches 300℃, and it can withstand short-term high temperature of 316℃. It has extremely low weight loss and particle generation in plasma environments such as dry etching and deposition. It is especially resistant to high-temperature superheated water, steam and acid solvents, with a low-temperature brittleness of -15℃. It is an ideal choice for high-temperature working condition sealing. It also meets FDA certification requirements and has a wide range of applications.

Temperature and Chemical Resistance Performance

Temperature Range: -15℃~300℃, still maintains good sealing performance under long-term high-temperature working conditions of 300℃, and has excellent stability in plasma environments.

Chemical Resistance Level(++++=Excellent +++=Very Good ++=Good +=Poor):

 Excellent Resistance: Alcohols, ethers, esters, ketones, superheated water/steam, aromatic/aliphatic oils, normal-temperature amine media

 Very Good Resistance: Acids, alkalis, aldehydes, hot air

 Good Resistance: Strong oxidants

 Not Resistant: High-temperature organic amine media above 70℃, ethylene oxide/propylene oxide
