Product Introduction

SEALMTL 80N FFKM O-Ring

Main Model for Mechanical Seals | Benchmarking DuPont KALREZ® CN800 | High Quality & Cost-Effective

Core Features

SEALMTL 80N is the main perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) O-ring for the mechanical seal industry. It is made of pure imported raw rubber, benchmarks DuPont KALREZ® CN800, and meets the ASTM D2000 perfluoroelastomer standard. The product has excellent performance stability in the temperature range of -10~230℃, wide chemical medium coverage, excellent processability, and high consistency in mass production. It is the preferred sealing material for non-amine medium working conditions below 230℃, combining high quality and cost-effectiveness, and has become the mainstream choice in the mechanical seal industry.

Temperature and Chemical Resistance Performance

Temperature Range: -10℃~230℃, no brittle fracture risk in low-temperature environments, low compression set rate under medium and high temperature conditions, and long-term stable sealing performance.

Chemical Resistance Level (++++=Excellent +++=Very Good ++=Good +=Poor):

 Excellent Resistance: Acids, alkalis, alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, esters, ethers, superheated water/steam, aromatic/aliphatic oils, ethylene oxide/propylene oxide, normal-temperature amine media

 Good Resistance: High-temperature organic amine media above 70℃, strong oxidants

 Very Good Resistance: Hot air
