Product Introduction
Product Introduction
Molded graphite is a pure graphite sealing material made of graphite powder through compression molding and high-temperature sintering. It has the characteristics of graphite itself, such as self-lubrication, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, and is a traditional soft sealing friction pair material.
Performance Features & Core Advantages
- Excellent Self-lubrication Performance: The layered structure of graphite itself makes it have excellent self-lubrication, low friction coefficient, and can work stably even under dry friction conditions.
- Good Corrosion Resistance: It is stable in most acid and alkali media and will not be corroded.
- Good Thermal Conductivity: It can quickly disperse friction heat and prevent local overheating.
Main Application Scenarios
- Low Pressure Valve Seal: Low pressure valve seal ring for ordinary water and gas media
- High Temperature Furnace Seal: Static seals for vacuum furnaces and high temperature furnaces
- Dry Friction Working Conditions: Low speed friction pair seals with insufficient lubrication
